IPEXIS is a Czech team building Product Advisor — a generative AI chatbot for small and mid-sized e-shops (100–5,000 products).

It grew from a simple observation: businesses lose customers over questions that already have an answer — it's in the datasheet, the product description, the safety data sheet, the guideline. Nobody just reads it. We're strongest with technical products (adhesives, tools, building materials, parts), but we serve e-shops across industries and service providers equally well.

Generic chatbots (ChatGPT, Intercom, Zendesk) know nothing about your products or documents. A small company can't afford its own support team. There's a gap in between — and that's what we fill.

And we're going further: we're preparing the Knowledge Assistant — a mode that doesn't sell, only answers from company documents, including internal use inside the company.

We specialize in the Czech and Slovak market. We're not a global platform with 50 languages — we're a tool that speaks Czech and many other languages, understands Czech products, and offers Czech support.
